いろんな国から来た人で 浅草寺は今日もにぎやか
仲見世通り抜ければ 晴れ空と香炉の煙
いつもの様に鳩豆を 買う僕の目に飛び込んできた
鳩豆を自分で食べてる The tourist from somewhere
それは鳩の食べるもの そう教えてあげたいのに
何も言えなかったあの日 僕は英語を習うと決めた

おみやげですと照れながら くれた小さな紙の袋は
確かにうまそうに見える まるい鹿せんべい
嬉しいけど食べたくない ひょっとして食べちゃったの?
鹿の絵を描く手を止めて 僕は英語を習うと決めた
